What do you daydream about? | ERIKA

This is Erika who we met during our travels this month. Erika and her husband live in Beatenberg, Switzerland that sits above the gorgeous Lake Thun with views of their famous mountains, Eiger, Monch and Jungfrua. They own their own traditional Swiss restaurant, Restaurant Chilche Pintli, with the most delicious cheese fondue you've ever had the pleasure of eating!!! We loved it so much that we ate there twice in the three days we were there, and she and her chef husband made it even more memorable with their friendly and fun personalities.

When asked what she daydreams about, this is what Erika said:

"I daydream about a life with good people, correct people and that everybody that comes to Europe has a good life and that we have enough power for them to help. That is what I dream of."
